A 24-hour notice of cancellation of your appointment is requested. This courtesy on your part makes it possible to give an appointment to another patient who desires to see the physician.

For after hours appointments, i.e., nights, weekends, and holidays, call Bozeman Deaconess Hospital at 406-585-5000 to page our on-call physicians. In case of an emergency, a physician will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Bozeman Deaconess Family Medicine -- a family medicine group consisting of physicians who specialize in providing pregnancy care—including delivery—and complete family care for all ages. All of the physicians are specialty trained and board certified in family medicine.

The physicians are all diplomates of the American Board of Family Medicine.

The clinic was awarded the 2011 Lighthouse Award for Innovation and Excellence in Immunization from the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services. The award, presented to a medical clinic in recognition of an outstanding immunization project, recognizes strategies that are evidence-based, evaluated for success and able to be replicated in other clinics. Bozeman Deaconess Family Medicine and Pediatrics was one of only two clinics statewide to receive this honor.
