Rebecca Murphy, FNP, APRN, is a family nurse practitioner with Bozeman Deaconess Internal Medicine Associates working in geriatrics and with Bozeman Deaconess Palliative Care for both hospital- and out-patients.

As a registered nurse, Murphy worked at the University of Wisconsin Hospital in spinal cord and head injury rehabilitation and women’s surgical service, then in family practice and OB/GYN practice in Colorado. She became a staff nurse and patient care coordinator for Bozeman Deaconess Hospice, earning hospice nurse certification, and nursing coordinator and then director of nursing for Walgreens/Optioncare Montana. Murphy then earned her Masters in Nursing from Montana State University.

She is board certified as a family nurse practitioner.

ABOUT NEUROPSYCHOLOGY

Providing services for neurological disorders, psychiatric disorders and medical problems (that affect the central nervous system) will benefit from neuropsychological assessment, including:

• Neuropsychological evaluations (ages 6 and older)
• Geriatric neuropsychological evaluations (including all dementias & memory disorders)
• Educational accommodation evaluations (IEPs, LSAT, SAT, etc.)
• Sports concussion neuropsych team consultation (e.g., return-to-play decisions)
• Psycho-diagnostic/personality assessment (ages 13 and older)
• Culturally appropriate neuropsychological services in both Spanish and English
