Workshops for Women

This year, A Day For Us: Workshops for Women! will be held in the spring, summer and fall. These events will be held in the Bozeman Deaconess Conference Center at the hospital and will feature four 40–minute workshops and refreshing seasonal beverages and snacks.

Welcome to A DAY FOR US:Workshops for Women!

This year, A Day For Us: Workshops for Women! will be held in the spring, summer and fall. Each workshop will be limited to 30 participants.

Reservations* are $20 per session, or save $10 by registering for all three for only $50. Bring your yoga mat, eye pillow and wear comfortable clothes. Lavender scented eye pillows and yoga mats—essentials for the relaxation & neuroplasticity session—can be purchased with your registration or paid for at the door for $15.
