PULMONARY, CRITICAL CARE, SLEEP AND INTERNAL MEDICINE
Anders Persson, PhD MD has been a member of Bozeman Deaconess Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine (formerly Pulmonary Disease & Critical Care) and Bozeman Deaconess Sleep Disorders Center since 1997. Dr. Persson earned his doctorate in biochemistry from the University of Colorado and completed his post-doctoral research at the University of Michigan Medical School.
He then earned his medical degree at the University of Miami Leonard H. Miller School of Medicine, completed his residency in internal medicine at University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and became a staff physician at the Dallas Veterans Administration Hospital.
Dr. Persson subsequently completed fellowships in pulmonary diseases, critical care, and sleep disorders at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, where he then became an assistant professor and director of bronchoscopy service.
He is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary disease, critical care medicine and sleep medicine.
