Cyndee Bacon, RN, BSN, MSN, FNP, joined Bozeman Deaconess Cancer Center in December of 2012 as a mid-level provider. Bacon earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Winston-Salem State University in 1995, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from Duke University in 2005. Prior to moving to Montana, Bacon worked at Guilford Emergency Physicians / Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Greensboro, NC, as an emergency medicine nurse practitioner. While living in Winston-Salem, NC, she worked as an ICU Registered Nurse at Forsyth Medical Center and then as a trauma intensive care nurse practitioner at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Bacon was also a Level II Preceptor for nine years, training ICU nurses and orienting newly graduated RN's in caring for the most critically ill.
