New patients are always welcome!

Participating Provider: We are contracted providers for Allegiance, Blue Cross Blue Shield, EBMS, Interwest Health, Medicare, Montana Medicaid, Montana Unified School Trust, New West Health, Tricare, and United Healthcare. We will collect deductibles and co-pays for these companies at the time services are rendered. We will bill all insurance companies directly for you. Please familiarize yourself with your insurance coverage by knowing what your policy covers and excludes to expedite checkout time. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Fees are subject to change and are only an approximation of charges for your visit.
