We will make an appointment for you with the physician of your choice at a time that works for you. If you're referred by a physician outside our practice, please arrange for that provider to forward your records to us prior to your first appointment.
It's our goal to arrange your appointments with your doctor to accommodate your schedule. Planning ahead is advisable. Patients with urgent medical needs may be seen as soon as the doctor’s schedule allows. If an emergency arises and you need to contact our physicians after hours, please call 406-585-5000 and go directly to the emergency room or to labor and delivery. Because our doctors’ schedules fill up quickly, we encourage you to schedule your upcoming appointment before leaving our office. Sometimes our doctors are called out of the office on short notice to deliver babies. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Our physicians and nurses return phone calls throughout the day as time allows. In most cases, calls will be returned that same day. Our telephones switch to the answering service at 5 pm.
Providing the highest level of care to our patients is important to us. To do that, we appreciate your comments and suggestions about how we could have made your experience here better. You may receive a customer satisfaction survey in the mail after your appointment. Your input is valuable in helping us continue to improve and provide you with the best service possible. Please let us know what we are doing well and what we can do better by completing the survey and returning it in the pre-paid envelope provided with the survey.
